With 15 years of work experience excavating large residential developments, Dale founded Harris Builders, LLC in 2012. His word is as good as his reputation, and Dale is known for staying on the job until it is completed to the owner’s satisfaction.

A committed family man, Dale and his wife Lori are parents to six children and proud grandparents to two granddaughters. Friends describe Dale as always having a positive attitude. On the rare occasion he isn’t working, Dale can be found helping a friend with a project, or spending time with his family and dog Diamond on Lobdell Lake in his hometown of Linden, Michigan.

Dale has a wide range of work experience, which includes multi-million dollar house renovations, extensive remodeling projects and new construction. Local northern Michigan commercial projects include work for Bay Area Pet Hospital, Bay Allergy, Harrington’s By the Bay, McGee’s 72 and McGee’s 31.

A resident of the Traverse City area since 1989, Mark is an entrepreneur and innovator. After graduating from the University of Michigan and serving in the United States Air Force, Mark directed domestic and international sales efforts for Delta Industrial Valves headquartered in Niles, Michigan. When an ownership opportunity arose, Mark and a business partner purchased Delta, and later sold the company after 22 successful years in the manufacturing industry.

Mark has a knack for creative problem solving and is driven to achieve project goals. When not advancing groundwork for a new endeavor, Mark can be found relaxing on his boat or cycling the Leelanau peninsula. Not one to sit still for long, Mark enjoys travel, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Mr. Dingeman has provided legal counsel to some of the most significant developments in Northern Michigan. He represents numerous individuals and businesses in the development, sale, and exchange of real and personal property. He also has extensive experience in tax-deferred exchanges, commercial real estate finance and collateralization, challenges of tax assessments, property tax appeals and zoning matters, as well as site condominium development.

Mr. Dingeman has represented many commercial bank trust departments and individual clients in a wide range of complex estate litigation and planning matters, including estate and wealth transfer planning for traditional as well as non-traditional families and second marriages; planning for high net worth individuals, including pre-nuptial agreements and high net worth individuals' divorces; planning for disabled and special needs individuals; trust administration; will and trust contests; and fiduciary representation.

Individually, Mr. Dingeman has also been an active real estate developer of residential subdivisions, condominiums, motels, single-tenant retail centers, shopping centers and office buildings in Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois, Ohio and Florida.
